Damages:

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at sam@alteenduro.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Returns:

We want to make sure that every customer recieves their product in new condition. For a return to be considered eligable, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags (if applicable) and in its original packaging. Refunds:

Alte Enduro will notify you once we’ve received your returned product. Upon inspection of the return, we'll let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
